Enjoy dining in our elegant panoramic banqueting hall. Our menus present local speciality ingredients and Mediterranean cuisine such as, freshly caught shellfish and seafood from local fishermen, venison from Knapdale forest, wild mushroom, prepared exspressly with our own production of Tuscan olive oil.

- Fresh salmon cooked in Champagne
- Venison casserole with porcini mushrooms
- Octopus "cooked in his own water"
- Single malt whiskey Aberdeen Angus fillet
Dessert
- Panna cotta with forest fruits or chocolate sauce
- Gorgonzola cheese with melted honey
- Freshly made fruit salad with Limoncello

Time
Breakfast is served between 08:30 and 9:30. Early breakfast available on request.
The evening meal on previous request is served between 19:00 and 20:00.
